Due the intimate nature of our products, for health reasons we do not offer an open return policy. Items cannot be returned simply due to a change of preference by you or a misunderstanding of their function or suitability.
Fault or defect
We do however, offer a 30-day return policy on defective products. In such case, you have 30 days after receiving your item to return it to us. You should contact us first to describe the fault and request a return. We strongly recommend that you inspect all products immediately upon receiving them, and test all electrical products before using them intimately (a dry test), as shipping and handling of personal products is highly restricted due to hygiene regulations. Defective products that have been used intimately may be more difficult to send due to health and handling policies of postage and freight companies.
To be eligible for a return based on manufacturing fault &/or technical issues, the item must be returned to us in its entirety, in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags (where applicable), and in/with its original, undamaged packaging. You’ll also need to include a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase. Once received, we will arrange a replacement item or a refund. Electrical items must not have been opened or tampered with. Evidence of this will void your refund. Refunds will also not be honoured if items claimed to be faulty are found to be working correctly once returned.
To arrange a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your grounds of return are acceptable, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Unfortunately we do not offer an exchange service. Should a product be faulty, we will arrange for a refund upon return. You should then order a new product or different product of your choice.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
