We don't promote the Shhh... brand when it comes to shipping. We value your privacy.. Packaging of your awaited items will be in plain and unmarked satchels, envelopes or cartons. The only thing on the outside will be the delivery label, which does not reveal the nature of the precious contents inside.
Confirmation of order:
Upon completion of your order you'll receive a confirmation e-mail, and you'll get another one once the goods are despatched. For large items we may also provide you with a tracking number so you can follow your order's progress.
Where we deliver:
We offer delivery anywhere in Australia & New Zealand unless specifically noted otherwise on specific products.
We offer you FREE delivery on all our products, regardless of your order value! However, there are some exceptions for a few special order products from our international suppliers that cannot be sent to N.Z due to very high cost or restricted shipping routes. In such case we endeavour to mention this in the description of the specific product. Very large locally sourced items such as beds cannot be shipped to NZ or the NT.
We search for the best products in Australia, and also internationally, so delivery times of different products can vary. We always try to quote you the most accurate delivery lead time at the time you order, which is normally in the range of between between 3 - 7 working days, to anywhere in Australia for locally sourced products. and to N.Z it is usually between 5 - 9 working days. For items that are sourced outside of Australia, (only because we cannot source it locally, or so the price you pay will be considerably cheaper) the lead time is between 14 to 21 days (a little longer to N.Z). But this will be noted in the product description.
Special items which are made to order - such as our Shhh... brand BDSM apparatus like steel slave cages, or Women's boots from our BDSM wear category can take approximately 30-35 days. This will always be noted.
Your order will be processed within 24 hours after being received. But of course there can be delays from time to time, which are out of our control. The virus pandemic isn't making it any easier. However we are in constant contact with our shipping partners to ensure that the delivery times we quote are what you can count on. But if on the off chance your order has not arrived within 3-4 days of the expected delivery dates mentioned above, please contact us and we'll do our very best to help.
Please note that if your order comprises goods from different manufacturers or wholesalers, it is quite possible that you might receive more than 1 delivery to fulfil your order, due to the different locations & shipping times. Using logistics systems to put different products together and send them in 1 delivery is very expensive, so your products would cost you a lot more. So we don't do that.
Orders delivered to a physical address where no-one is present to receive them might mean that your order is taken to the nearest postal depot & held there for collection by you, or a 2nd delivery attempt will be made. In such case a note will be left in your letterbox with the details of where & when you can collect it, or when the driver will try again. Large products over 20kg may mean that you must collect from a postal depot, due to restrictions on drivers lifting heavy packages alone.
Physical addresses and P.O box addresses are permitted. Note that for large items sent to a P.O Box you will need to collect the goods from the post office during their business hours. We take no responsibility for delays, extra costs or loss of items due to an incorrect delivery address being entered by you, so please just take a second to double check the details you've provided before completing your order.
Customs & Duties:
Generally there are no customs or duties to pay on orders made with Shhh... The price you see is the maximum price you'll pay. However, we do plan to offer you some specialist items that we will source as a '1-off' order from independent manufacturers in Europe, which may be subject to customs or duty. But in that case, the information about this will be provided in the product's description.
